Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre (Central Glasgow)

We're looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our growing contact centre team based in central Glasgow.

Salary

£26,500 - £28,500

Hours

• Shifts between 10:00am - 11:00pm
• Includes weekend working
• First 3 months: latest finish 7:00pm

Location & Flexibility

• Office-based in central Glasgow for first 3 months
• Fully remote working available after this period

The Role

• Handling customer enquiries in a Banking environment for a
• Providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently
• Working in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
