Coordinate and manage routes for technicians and sales representatives to plan commercial visits and service appointments efficiently. Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow up activities linked to the direct sales process. Coordinate sales documentation, order processing, and visit scheduling to support timely sales closure. Act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, technicians, and internal departments. Ensure accurate updates in CRM and sales systems, supporting customer satisfaction and service quality.
