Job Description
As a Customer Support Professional at Nordy, you will be the primary link between the company and our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience. Your daily responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, efficiently resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, hybrid position, with the central office located in Barcelona and the possibility of working from home on occasion.
Requirements
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective and helpful support.
- Analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve problems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and the work team.
- Experience in customer care and customer service will be highly valued.
- Background in customer service or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of office software and tools.
- Experience (or ability to learn fast) in SIGE software.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Must be fluent in English, Swedish, and Spanish is a high plus.
