Job Description

Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: up to £25,000 + Benefits
Location: Worcester - onsite
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

An enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Advisor is required by an energy supplier which has extensive growth plans. With a focus on customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility, they strive to innovate and deliver excellent service to meet the evolving needs of their customers.

Customer Service Advisor - Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for any inbound customer issues which could be completed over the phone, via email or chat
  • Use the ticketing system
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues which could include technical issues or billing discrepancies within a timely manner
  • Gather customer feedback, identify trends and communicate insights
  • Document customer interaction
  • Stay up to date with the firms' products, services and promotions
  • Work closely and collaborate with other departments within the business

Customer Service Advisor - Essential Requirements:

  • Any customer service or customer facing experience
  • Prior experience within the energy sector
  • Good work ethic
  • Willing to answer the phone and be in a job which entails a lot of phone calls
  • Motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Go-getter
  • Prepared to learn new tasks and adapt accordingly to the needs of the business as it grows

Customer Service Advisor - Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience working in a role which required a lot of phone calls
  • Any degree
