• Location: Cambuslang
• Hours: Full Time 6 Month Contract - Temp to Perm One late shift (12.00pm-8.00pm) every two weeks, which can be worked from home & one Saturday in 10, can also be worked from home and is paid at a 25% uplift. There may also be a few 10.00 am - 6.00 pm shifts too. Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week (8.00am-4.00pm)
• Salary: £13.29, increasing after 6 months

Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks

• Answering customer calls, emails and online queries - same as handling customers in-store, different channel.
• Sorting out problems and following them through to a resolution.
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
• Working with colleagues to keep service standards high.

Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Experience dealing with customers face-to-face - retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar.
• Comfortable talking to people and handling difficult conversations calmly.
• Able to juggle more than one thing at once.
• Computer skills - happy to learn new systems.
