Your ability to communicate in bothWelsh and English will help ensure every customer has the best possible experience in the language they choose.

In this frontline role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and in person, ensuring enquiries are resolved or referred appropriately.
• Support tenants with repairs requests, housing applications, complaints and general advice.
• Deliver first class service in a busy contact centre environment.
• Assist with reception duties, visitor management, and the smooth running of the office.
• Raise repair tasks, book follow up appointments and provide accurate information using our internal systems.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gathering insights that help us strengthen services and meet priorities in our Together plan.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Cartrefi Conwy, supporting our organisational culture ofteamwork and shared purpose.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of office practices (telephony and administrative support)
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment
• Ability to communicate fluently inWelsh and English
• A helpful, organised, solutions focused approach
• Experience in a contact centre environment
