Select Appointments is recruiting for a confident, phone-savvy Customer Service Advisor to join a Norfolk-founded retail brand for a four-week period, available immediately.

The role centers on managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, helping customers through a product recall, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day enquiries. On-site parking is provided; no hybrid or remote work.
