Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid (Clonakilty)
Job OverviewPermanent contract with a competitive salary of €29,432 per year. 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. Hybrid working: 4 days in office with 1 day at home.
Shift Details- Monday to Friday: 6am-9pm
- Saturday: 8am-6pm
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10am-6pm
- Full flexibility is key to success in this role.
Start date 15 June 2026.
What You'll Be Doing- Be the voice of the company, dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries and ensuring they are handled with professionalism and care.
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on doing the right thing for each customer - delivering solutions that meet their individual needs.
- Identify vulnerable customers and adapt the approach, providing additional support when required.
- Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately.
- Deal with queries across telephony, e mail, web chat and other channels.
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with experience of working with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications and software simultaneously.
- An attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs.
- A self motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution.
- A starting salary of €29,432 per annum.
