What you'll be doing: You will be the voice of our company, dealing with various customer enquiries and ensuring that they are handled with professionalism and care. Providing excellent customer service with a key focus on doing the right thing for each customer - deliver solutions that meet their individual needs. Identifying vulnerable customers and adapting approach, providing additional support when required. Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately Dealing with a wide range of queries across telephony / email / web chat / channels Hybrid working 4 days in office with 1 day at home.
