Somerset Council in Yeovil is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver essential front-door support across a wide range of services. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, webchat and face-to-face interactions, providing accurate information and compassionate assistance to residents and businesses.

You will work across teams in Adult Social Care, Children's Services, Revenues & Benefits, Housing, Waste and more, using multiple systems and collaborating to improve service delivery while
