Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid (12-Month FTC)

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (FTC up to 12 months) to join our Liverpool team. You will deliver high standards of customer service across the shipment process, act as a primary contact for customers, internal teams and partners, and support bookings, updates and issue resolution.

The role requires a customer service mindset, adaptability, and organisation with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
