We're looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our busy contact centre in Glasgow on a temporary basis.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries and supporting customers with a range of requests.
• Resolving customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and service standards.
• Accurately updating customer records across multiple systems.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Identifying customer trends and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Completing all mandatory training and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A minimum of 1 year's contact centre experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• A professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A flexible approach to work and changing business priorities.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

This is an office-based role in Glasgow.

Our operating hours are:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Weekends: 8:00am - 6:00pm

You'll work a flexible shift pattern across these operating hours, agreed with your Line Manager and Resource Planning team. Weekend working is a required part of the role.
