Job Description
Overview

Just imagine bringing joy to millions of LEGO fans around the world. In this fixed term contract role (until 31 January 2027, potential start August or September), you'll be a Customer Service Advisor in the seasonal Customer Service Advisor team.

The role involves responding to LEGO fans worldwide, addressing queries in English and French, and ensuring a high quality service during our busiest season.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to consumers in both English and French - spoken and written.
  • Engage with consumers via phone and email.
  • Handle a range of topics, including order and return queries, digital and app experiences, LEGO electronics, brand information, product quality and feedback.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with consumers in a fun and engaging manner.
  • Assess and solve brick based problems using our tools and programs, requiring solid IT skills.
  • Adapt to a variety of shifts, including weekends, to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT proficiency and problem solving ability.
Work Arrangement

Full in person training (3 week induction + 2 week on the job support) followed by a hybrid schedule - up to three days per week working from home and at least two days from the office after induction.
