Customer Service Advisor - 4-Day Week, Hybrid Role

Merthyr Valleys Homes is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Merthyr Tydfil. The role is 18.5 hours weekly across a 4-day week (Wed, Thu, Fri) on a permanent contract, with hybrid work including 1 remote day.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants, delivering excellent service, handling calls and queries, and using IT systems to support solutions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
