Customer Service Administrator

Location: London / Remote

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities
  • Take orders over the phone
  • Respond to client and customer enquiries
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone
  • Update customer details in internal databases
  • Manage all associated administration
