Customer Relationship Consultant

Job Summary

Hours: Fixed term contract until 31July2027, 36 hours per week.
Salary: £26,750 per annum.
Closing Date: 24July2026.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Engage with customers, asking insightful questions to understand their needs and circumstances, and tailor appropriate solutions.
• Act as the first point of contact in branch, delivering enthusiasm and service.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss their needs and opportunities.
• Educate customers on the range of products, services and communication channels available.
• Use internal systems to keep accurate, up to date records, identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies, standards, controls and limits of authority, supported by training and coaching.

What Do We Need From You?

• Previous experience interacting with customers, in person or over the phone.
• Experience in a contact centre environment, banking, retail, food & beverage, guest services, or health/care sector is welcomed.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work well alongside others with a one team mindset.
• Strong time management skills to handle varied customers, especially during busy periods.
• Adaptable and open to change while meeting business needs and priorities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Willingness to engage in a broad range of activities, even when outside standard expectations.
