Customer Relationship Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and friendly Customer Relationship Assistant to join our team at Broomfield Village Care Home.

In this supportive role, you will assist in ensuring all resident and family interactions are handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. You will play a key part in helping new residents feel welcome by supporting a smooth and well-organised move-in process, including handling associated administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Working closely with the Customer Relationship Manager and wider care team, you will help maintain positive relationships, support clear communication, and contribute to a warm, person-centred environment.
