Job Description
My client in Thetford is seeking a temporary Customer Relations Assistant to join its Customer Relations Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via telephone and email, and supporting ticketing and memberships.
You will also manage CRM records, handle cases, and perform admin tasks in line with GDPR and company procedures. Blended/home working options and weekend rosters apply.
