Customer Orders & Logistics Specialist

ADM is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Erith to support order processing for our bulk oil and packed business. You will check and process dispatched customer orders and work closely with Account Managers and their customers to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

You will update the Logistics team and hauliers with bulk delivery requirements, liaise with accounts, compile reports in Excel, and provide general admin support across Logistics, Customer Services and Trading teams.
