JOB PURPOSE- Manage the complete sales order lifecycle, from order raising to dispatch to customers and stores.
- Coordinate floorset launches and ensure the timely availability of products.
- Serve as the key supply chain liaison with regional planning and merchant/sales teams, integrating regional and central supply chain activities.
- Provide high-level support directly to downstream customers.
- Monitor the order book for shortages, cancellations, returns, product withdrawals, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure efficient communication flows between the supply chain and regional teams regarding product availability and priorities.
- Project manage critical paths for launches of capsule collections and wholesale events, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Oversee transit and distribution times to meet launch dates for new floorsets and collections.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to set and track shipping targets, ensuring targets are met monthly and quarterly.
- Coordinate with hubs for order picking, balancing resources and business priorities.
- Work with transportation and customs teams to resolve shipment issues and streamline shipping documentation processes.
- Support regional and corporate teams during market activities for order entry and new product setup.
- Review global returns, discounts, and penalties periodically, tracking against forecasts.
- Conduct seasonal analysis on order cancellations to identify impactful reasons.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work with data BI tools.
- Effective team player.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment.
