Customer Insights Consultant: Data-Driven CX & Power BI

A growing consultancy in AI technologies seeks an Insight Consultant to manage client relationships and analyze customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer insight and a solid understanding of Contact Centre operations, with skills in reporting metrics like CSAT and NPS. Proficiency in Power BI is essential. This role is hybrid based in the UK, requiring presence in either Birmingham or Manchester three days a week.
