About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) Analyst to support the Finance and Sales organisations across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Customer Incentive Plan processes, working closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) related processes
  • Support Sales teams with CIP agreement setup and budgeting using SAP and related systems
  • Steer accrual procedures and analyse accrual positions
  • Lead CIP-related finance and business reviews
  • Manage CIP agreement close-outs and budget releases
  • Release accruals into the P&L in line with finance requirements
  • Discuss complex CIP and accrual scenarios with Sales and Finance stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Customer Issue Resolution teams as required
  • Confidently explain financial impacts and processes to non-finance audiences
Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

  • Strong analytical skills with good numeracy and finance capability
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role
  • Ability to operate confidently in a complex, collaborative environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:

  • German language skills (a strong advantage - many stakeholders are Germany-based)
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Accountancy qualifications
  • Previous experience working with incentive plans, accruals, or SAP
About You

You will be a confident communicator who can break down complex financial topics and work closely with the Sales teams and other non-finance stakeholders. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment and keen to learn the clients Consumer Business Group (CBG) and ways of working.
