Customer-Focused Retail Associate

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Retail Team Member for the shop at Fountains Abbey in Ripon. This role involves welcoming visitors, helping them with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

As a Retail Team Member, you'll provide excellent customer service, assist in maintaining shop displays, and manage deliveries. The position offers a zero-hour contract with shift flexibility, typically from 10am to 5:45pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
