Customer Experience Specialist (Evenings & Weekends)

Sport Aberdeen is looking for a Customer Experience Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers across channels. The role requires friendliness, adaptability and a commitment to high service standards. You will work in a team, handling enquiries and using different software packages in a busy office environment.

The position is full-time, 37 hours per week with shifts 8am-8pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends. Closing date 25 August 2026.
