Customer Experience Specialist - Waste & Recycling Office

Biffa Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy contact centre. You will help customers with queries and provide timely resolutions while delivering excellent service.

This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 contracted hours per week, based at our Aylesbury office, with shifts 7.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm Saturdays on a rota basis. Induction and progression opportunities are provided.
