Job Description
William Hill PLC in Thetford is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, process bets and help with queries.
You'll demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships, champion safer gambling, support shop displays and opening/closing duties. Shifts run 8am-10pm across seven days on a rota; benefits include annual bonus, pension match, 28 days holiday (pro rata) and staff discounts.
