Customer Experience Specialist - Fashion Brand

ARNE, a UK-based apparel and footwear brand, is seeking a Customer Experience teammate on a 4-month fixed-term contract. You will respond to customers across email, chat and social channels, resolve order queries, and address complaints to maintain a first-class journey.

You will work with CRM tools (Gorgias, Zendesk) and collaborate across teams to meet KPIs. A flexible hours setup is available to fit peak periods and business needs.
