Customer Experience Coordinator - Hybrid & Flexible

Advo Health is seeking a Customer Coordinator on a permanent, full time basis to join our government health assessments team. You will be the first point of contact for claimants, ensuring a positive journey through the assessment process and supporting healthcare professionals to run efficient days.

Working from an Assessment Centre with hybrid opportunities, you'll deliver a welcoming, well organised environment and build strong relationships with claimants and staff across the service.
