Customer Experience Consultant Digital Banking (Cardiff)

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant based at Cardiff Queen Street, 35 hours per week, on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You'll listen and solve problems, helping customers with cash, technology in-branch, and phone inquiries.

You'll work with a close-knit team, enjoy a varied and busy role, and have freedom to explore new ideas while delivering a high standard of service and supporting customers.
