Customer Experience Consultant - Travel & Holiday Support

Awaze is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to delight our guests across phone and digital channels from our Lowestoft contact centre. You'll resolve queries quickly, build rapport and maintain high standards while meeting quality and legislative requirements.
