We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Customer Experience Advisor for the WP Group on a fixed term basis with an opportunity to become permanent. Working full-time Mon-Fri (8:30-5:30 /8:00-5:00) 40 hours per week, fully office based.
WP Group (Part of Moove Europe) is a leading fuels distribution company. Our head office is based in central Southampton. We specialise in the supply of high-quality fuels.

The Customer Experience Advisor will become part of the Customer Experience Team that will be responsible for sales, sales support and administrative activities. In this role you will work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers as a sales support.
This role requires previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ambition to succeed and achieve company's goals. Building strong relationship with internal and other colleagues will be key to ensuring the day to day needs of our customers are met.

Responsibilities include:- Deliver outstanding customer service across calls and email, meeting agreed service level targets
- Respond to enquiries promptly and consistently within agreed timeframes.
- Drive sales to new and existing customers, achieving targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with Sector Specialists to support promotional campaigns and help position WP Group as a leading industry expert.
- Manage customer orders proactively, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
- Identify opportunities on every inbound and outbound call, using strong sales skills and product knowledge to offer the right solutions.
- Use the CRM system to plan daily activity, maintain strong customer contact and re-engage lapsed accounts.
- Act as the customer champion, supporting continuous improvement and suggesting smarter ways of working.
