- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging architectures such as deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks.
- Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience in managing data and information related to big data trends within businesses.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in cloud/IT.

As a Customer Engineer AI/ML, you will partner with sales teams as a subject matter expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Your responsibilities include helping customers understand Google Cloud's capabilities, developing cloud solutions, engaging in proofs-of-concept, troubleshooting, and presenting practical solutions. You will also work with internal teams to improve products and build impactful solutions, all while promoting sustainable growth and innovation.

Responsibilities- Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
- Support technical relationships with customers through technology advocacy, bid responses, product briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management.
- Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Recommend strategies for enterprise architectures, platforms, and applications on Google Cloud.
- Travel as needed to customer sites, conferences, and events, representing Google Cloud publicly.
