Overview

As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience-serving with heart at pride. Whether you're loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery. When we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with a smile and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain van cleanliness and readiness for each shift.
• Assist with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
• Support your team and help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) with at least 12 months of driving and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
