Job Description

Job Specification Provided by Our Client:

We have an exciting role within the Building Society at our Agency in Rugby Town Centre for a self-motivated individual.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. You will welcome both new and existing customers into the Agency, providing information on our products and services, transacting on accounts etc.

Knowledge and skills;

• You will need to have experience in customer facing roles.

• Good administration skills.

• Team working skills.

• Attention to detail.

• PC skills.

• The ability to work under limited supervision.

• Cash handling skills are desirable but not essential.

• Financial Services Industry Knowledge is, again, desirable but not essential.

We will provide full training on the role, our systems and our products.

Over 18's only.

Hours:

Full Time 35 hours, with mandatory Saturdays (potential for 1 weekend off per month)

Mon-Fri 8.45am - 4.45pm.

Saturday 9am-12pm.

Bank holidays off.

Salary £11.50 - £12 per hour. With opportunity to earn commission via mortgage referrals into the business.
