Job Description
About the Role 
Customer Care Specialist - Dublin, Ireland. Resolve customer support requests and drive continuous improvement of the GoFundMe experience. Fluency in German or Italian is required.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional and human customer support via live messaging and email, with occasional phone support.
- Troubleshoot complex support needs and escalations, including bank transfer verification and sensitive fundraising dynamics.
- Champion customer feedback and propose improvements to the GoFundMe product.
- Assist the team with ad hoc projects aligned with our vision and objectives.
- Work in a dynamic, hybrid environment and attend the office a few times a month.
- Fluency in German or Italian (required).
- English proficiency (required for collaboration and documentation).
- Metric and goal driven; able to set and achieve targets.
- Customer centric mindset and strong emotional intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy; comfortable learning new tools and troubleshooting tech issues.
