Job Description

Be the friendly, capable voice of Filloway across orders, delivery and account questions.

Our customers trust us with their health, and care is where that trust is earned. You will help people across orders, delivery, returns and accounts, with empathy and speed, and feed what you learn back into the product.

What you'll do
  • Resolve customer queries across email and chat
  • Spot patterns and suggest improvements
  • Work closely with pharmacy and operations
What we're looking for
  • Excellent written communication and empathy
  • Calm, organised and detail-oriented
  • Bonus: Arabic language, or e-commerce experience
