Job Description
McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to welcome guests, keep dining areas clean, and ensure smooth service in a fast moving, high energy restaurant. You will engage with customers, hand out balloons for events, help create a warm atmosphere, and communicate feedback to the manager to drive satisfaction.
Shifts include early mornings, afternoons and evenings across weekdays and weekends.
