Customer Care Specialist - Hybrid, Growth & Benefits

Just Group plc is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our UK Retail and Life Time Mortgage customer contact team. You will handle inbound calls, deliver a customer-centric experience, and help customers achieve outcomes with minimal effort.

This is a full-time, 35-hour week position with sociable shifts from 8:30 to 16:30, 09:00-17:00 or 09:30-17:30. Initial training is office-based, after which the role becomes hybrid with at least 50% of time in the office.
