We're a leading company in the e-commerce logistics field. We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to work with CC team in Carpiano.

What will be your daily bread (or croissant)?

  • Full client care while guiding them toward independent use of our internal systems.
  • Email and phone communication with B2B e-shop clients (this is not a call center role).
  • Cross-departmental communication throughout the company.
  • Checking and updating client data in internal systems.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation for monthly invoicing.
  • Collaborating with the product team to optimize our software solutions.


How to know you're the one?

  • Experience in a similar role involving direct client communication - you know how to be professional and helpful.
  • Strong communication skills - we're a service-based company, so this matters.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel - you should be able to work with pivot tables and use VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to communicate in English both via email and phone (and of course proffessional Italian).
