Customer Care Executive - Hybrid with Growth Path

Zenith Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Care Executive to support the Credit Control team on a 3 month fixed term contract. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers in arrears, assess affordability, and arrange suitable payment plans with empathy and professionalism.

You'll work mainly over the phone, with one admin day per week, and benefit from a hybrid model balancing office and home working while developing through our MyGPS framework.
