Customer Care Co-ordinator Hybrid Homebuyer Support

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to support the Head of Customer Care in resolving issues and coordinating department administration across sites and offices.

You will handle calls, emails, and other contacts professionally, maintain records in the IT system, and work with Site Management, Customer Care Technicians, and subcontractors to ensure warranty and defect resolutions are timely and cost effective.
