Customer Care Advisor Remote After Training

Assurant is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Crewe, Cheshire. This is a full-time role (40 hours) with shifts 8:00-20:00 on weekdays and weekends; weekend shifts are on home after training. Training lasts 8-16 weeks on-site.

You will support millions of customers across telecoms and finance brands, delivering excellent listening and problem-solving. The package includes £26,624 per year plus benefits, with 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and a range of wellbeing and learning programs.
