Customer & Ops Support Specialist (Part-Time) - York

The Orthotic Works in York is seeking a friendly, organised part-time Customer & Operations Support to join a small team. You will handle customer service, order management, and event administration, with a focus on accurate data and smooth communications.

This role offers 18 hours per week across Tue-Thu 10:00-16:00, a supportive environment, and training. You will liaise with customers by phone and email, process orders, manage calendars, and contribute to event preparation and follow-up.
