The Role: Customer AdvisorWe're looking for Customer Advisors to join our lively and dynamic Customer Loyalty team.
In this role, you'll speak with existing customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance. This could include discussing renewals, adjusting cover, or resolving queries, always focusing on delivering a great customer experience.
If you've worked in customer-facing roles before (such as retail, hospitality, contact centres, or office environments), you'll already have many of the skills needed to succeed. Don't worry if you're new to insurance, we'll equip you with all the training and tools to make you confident in delivering great service quickly!
What You'll Be Doing- Handling inbound calls from existing customers
- Supporting customers with renewals, policy changes, and queries
- Using your judgement to find the best outcome for each customer
- Delivering a high-quality, compliant service
- Working towards achievable targets with performance incentives
- Being part of a supportive and collaborative team

- Hybrid working (home and office split)
- Starting salary of £26,300
- Performance incentives of up to £1,150 each month
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays)

To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have experience in a customer-facing or service-based role
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be passionate about providing great customer service
- Be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Show resilience and professionalism, even when calls get challenging
- Be able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Have basic IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- You're looking for a stable role with long-term progression opportunities
