Retail Assistant - Part time

Location: Longwater Store, Norwich, NR5 0JS

Rate: £13.23 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Shift Hours: Minimum 2 nights per week, 21 00 (overnight delivery assistant).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, process payments, provide details on our financial services for certain products, and handle refunds.
• Maintain neatness in the stock room and restock products from deliveries.
• Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product advice.
• Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Above the school leaver age in your country.
• Right to work eligibility in the UK.
• Availability for part time shifts across weekdays and weekends; scheduled to fit your availability.
• Comfortable discussing financial services with customers.
