Customer Advisor - Argos

Full Time or Part Time (20 hours per week). Contract Type: Permanent.

Working in our stores

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

As a Customer Advisor, you'll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, on the shop floor screens and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
