Salary: £33,018 - £38,325 per annum

Location: Hybrid/Croydon

Hours: 36 per week - flexible options considered

Contract Type: Permanent

We're excited to announce that we're seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our team based in Croydon. As a Customer Accounts Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our income management service and policies. These roles aim to maximise rent collection and minimise financial hardship for our customers across the entire group.

We're looking for a target-driven person with a strong track record in delivering high-quality service and excellent communication skills. You'll need to adapt well and be confident in dealing with difficult situations. In addition, you'll present cases in court, so excellent written communication skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations are a must.

Ideally, you'll have a housing background, GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office packages. You'll also need to be able to travel extensively across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Croydon. Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs.
