Customer Account Executive

We are looking for a Key Account Executive on a permanent full time contract, working on a hybrid basis between our Wardle site and remote. You will take responsibility for key customer accounts ensuring a first-class service is provided, ensuring queries are resolved quickly whilst proposing new solutions to meet customer needs.Why Boughey?

• Shifts: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm - 1 Saturday in every 10 weeks

Day to Day

• Point of contact forcustomer enquiries both verbally and in writing, responsible for resolving these queries within given timeframes
• Develop and take responsibility for key accounts, ensuring we provide excellent customer serviceby developing a thorough understanding of their expectations and requirements, providing the correct advice and service levels on the back of this

• Expand existing customer relationships and support new sales by proposing new solutions to meet customer needs
• Complete administration duties with the highest accuracy including inputting customer and order information into the system and generating reports to stakeholders
• Where required, attend customer meetingsacting as the link between customers and internal teams

What will you bring?

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft office suite with the ability to pick up new systems - experience with SAP would beadvantageousbut not essential as full training will be provided
• Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer centric and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
