About the Role

Manage and support delivery of Generation UK & Ireland's bootcamp curricula on a 12 month fixed term contract, producing, adapting and maintaining learning resources, administering the LMS, and coordinating with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely cohort launches across technical and soft skills programmes.

Role

The Curriculum Support Manager is a 12 month fixed term, full time role responsible for supporting curriculum delivery across seven live skills bootcamps (Technology, Data, Green Skills, Healthcare). The role focuses on creating, adapting and maintaining session resources, administering the learning management system, and collaborating with instructors, learner progress and operations teams to ensure high quality programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, draft and create new session resources under the direction of the Head of Curriculum.
  • Liaise with instructors and Learner Progress teams to collect and act on session feedback.
  • Adapt and refresh existing materials and schedule updates based on feedback.
  • Monitor update logs to fix issues and update live programme resources.
  • Respond to live requests for assistance from the delivery team.
  • Update and administer the Learning Management System (Canvas).
  • Track project management deadlines for cohort launches and collaborate with Operations and the Head of Curriculum.
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, quick learner able to research and synthesise content across diverse technical domains.
  • Confident writer, editor and proofreader who adapts to feedback.
  • Proactive communicator able to balance competing priorities and work with teams.
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Technologically confident and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple project workstreams and deadlines.
  • Interest in adult education and social enterprise.
  • Experience in education.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (Canvas, DesignPlus).
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills or relevant "vibe coding" experience.
  • Confident Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with project management software (Asana).
  • Knowledge or interest in technology, healthcare, data or green skills.
Experience

Prior curriculum or education experience is not required. The role is suited to curious, quick learners with strong organisational, writing and project management skills.

Contract, Location & Hours
  • Fixed term contract: 12 months, full time (40 hours/week).
  • Standard hours 9:00-18:00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch and flexible start/end times.
  • Hybrid: can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom; expected to attend the nearest regional office either once per week or once per month depending on distance. Offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow.
  • Candidate must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
  • £30,600 to £32,464 per annum.
  • Flexible and remote working arrangements.
  • Up to £1,000 learning & development budget per year and up to 5 days training/study leave per year.
