CURRICULUM ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a flexible, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organized administrator to join our central curriculum admin team. You will provide front line support by answering general enquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of our campuses.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly and efficient frontline support to students and staff.
- Administer support systems, activities and processes to keep the college running efficiently and effectively.
- Work as part of a flexible administration team, supporting and creating new systems as required, improving efficiency and providing a supportive service.
- Familiarity with student or customer information systems and databases.
- General education to a minimum Level 2 and/or a qualification in business administration, customer service or information technology at Level 2.
- Proven experience in an administrative role in a high volume, customer facing, fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities coupled with problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting reports and correspondence.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite including Teams).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, curriculum and staff.
Annual salary: circa £19,869 per annum (£24,921 FTE).
Hours: part time, 29 hours per week, full year, permanent contract.
Locations: Eastbourne campus.
